Tom Workman – Owner,  M.S.  in Forest Ecology University of Florida. Tom has served as a Biologist II with the Florida Park Service;  Land Manager with the St Johns River Water Management District; Urban Forester for the University of Florida.  In 2010, he formed Workman Forestry and became an LLC in 2012. 

Kelly McPherson – M.S. in Botany, University of Florida. Kelly has served as a Biologist for the Florida Park Service (6 years);  Senior Environmental Specialist for the Alachua County Forever Land Conservation Program (11 years).  20+ years of experience in GIS/Mapping, land management planning.
